The Subway Villa is a 1472 sq ft luxury apartment-style villa located directly in Springdale— the gateway town into Zion National Park.

The Subway Villa opened in June of 2020 as part of the ongoing development of LaFave resort at Zion.

The Subway Villa features modern design and has 2 bedrooms and can sleep 4-8 guests.

It has 2 full bathrooms with walk-in tile showers with European glass doors.

The home features a brand new full size kitchen with stainless steel Bosch appliances and granite countertops, plus a beautiful quartzite island bar.

The living room features a dining table, Smart TV, and a queen sofa bed. A full size washer/dryer is included.

This unit also features a bonus/game room in the terrace level with a king sofa bed.

Great location!

This was a fabulous location. Great pool and hot tub. Although we dined out every night, the kitchen was open and spacious. Highly recommend and would stay there again!

Close proximity to park was outstanding. The Subway villa was immaculate and the basement game room was a major hit with the kids. Great stay and highly recommended when compared to other accommodations and availability in the Zion Park area.

Fabulous stay in Springdale

The Subway Villa was perfect for my family of four. Brand spanking new, the most comfortable beds I had to look to see what they were, and the property manager Samantha was outstanding. Kitchen was well-equipped, shower head water pressure was strong, I would recommend staying here to anyone. Worth every penny.

Spacious, modern villa in convenient location

We would highly recommend this villa. This property is modern, well furnished, and clean. It is located near the park entrance as well as close to the shops and restaurants of Springdale. Our family of 4 loved the space offered, especially the basement tv and game room. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are large and well supplied with products and hair dryer. The kitchen has a good stock of dishes, along with pots and pans. And it was extremely helpful to have a washer and dryer with laundry pods supplied with all of the hiking our family was doing. Only two minor issues: The footsteps from the unit above this unit are noticeable. One of the families above us was extremely loud and was walking, running, and dropping things? until 2 am every day. Once the next family came, we could still hear footsteps but it was not bothersome at all. Second, and this is a temporary issue, construction is going on right outside the unit. Our tween daughter was not too pleased on the day she tried to sleep in because the construction starts early. Overall, a wonderful choice for lodging for a Zion visit.

Modern, new spacious location in the heart of Springdale

If you intend to visit Springdale to be close to the entrance to Zion National Park - and you need more room than a hotel with the convenience of cooking - then this is your best bet. Everything was super clean, kitchen equipment was there to make most any dish, and there were dishes for a comfortable 6-8 people if needed with a modern dishwasher. The local grocery is about a 10 min walk down the road, and Zion entrance a 5 min drive or 30 min walk. They even provide a propane grill outside that was very clean and easy to use!

Perfect location, gorgeous property

Three couples stayed at the Subway unit and it was the perfect location and set-up to visit Zion, walk to restaurants and shopping, and to relax together for cocktails and games. Everything about our stay was great! I visit Zion several times a year and look forward to staying here again.
