Very nice and comfortable independent studio in a quiet condominium with caretaker. Newly renovated, the accommodation offers all the comforts of home with full equipment:

Bed linen and towels will be provided free of charge.
Very close to Linate airport; the area is well served by public transport: two bus lines and a tram line leading directly to the city center in 25 minutes pass under the house. By these means you can reach the subway and the railway pass in about ten minutes. In the immediate vicinity are all the necessary services: bar-tobacconist, newsagent, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, post office, bank, fuel distributor. The accommodation is very close to the Gucci Hub, to the Fabrique, to the television production studios of via Mecenate, to the Sky headquarters, to the Monzino Cardiology Center and to the Novegro Fair, all places reachable in five minutes.
Our guests will receive a warm and discreet welcome, in full respect of the needs of a traveler.
Your sleep will be assured by a brand new sofa bed. Accepting the requests of all our customers, we have equipped the sofa bed with a mattress of the normal bed type, much more comfortable than the mattress of a sofa bed. With this mattress, the sofa bed cannot be closed. In addition to accommodating two adults, it is possible to arrange to accommodate a child.
