Needs updating. Great view. Heating not working, apart from an electric heater in the living room. Property wasn’t very clean and some wallpaper peeling off the wall in one of the bedrooms. Bedding supplied at extra cost was of poor quality. Buzzer to let people in the main entrance wasn’t working. No WiFi.

Bien mais appartement à rafraichir et ré-équiper

Belle vue sur la mer. Appartement correct mais sans plus. Il a absolument besoin d'être rafraichi en profondeur, et bien nettoyé avant l'arrivée des locataires. Il devrait également être ré-équipé en vaisselle. L'annonce devrait être beaucoup plus précise sur l'équipement actuel (dimensions des lits, vaisselle...)
