PLEASE NOTE: FACADE RENOVATION WORK IS CURRENTLY UNDERWAY.
Upon entering, you'll find an entrance hall, followed by a main room with an open-plan kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob and oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and storage cupboards. There is a dining area and a living area furnished with a sofa bed and a TV. A large bay window facing the slopes opens onto a south-facing balcony.

A first bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) for two people.

A staircase in the hallway leads to two further bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed (140 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 cm), both with storage cupboards.

A shower room with a shower cubicle and WC.

A bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and bidet. Separate toilet
