Au centre de Venise, juste pour vivre comme un vrai vénitien.
à deux pas du pont du Rialto, du célèbre marché, et à quelques minutes de la Piazza San Marco, de la Basilique dei Frari, et à proximité de l'arrêt du vaporetto, très pratique pour explorer la ville dans le confort, avec le climat et le chauffage indépendant, entièrement équipé peut accueillir jusqu'à six personnes, ou six amis. Idéal en toutes saisons, pour vivre à Venise comme protagoniste de vos vacances.

S'il est demandé, dans le cas de deux personnes seulement, et, avec une avance minimum de deux semaines, de dormir dans des chambres séparées, 20 € de frais de blanchisserie supplémentaires sont nécessaires.

Nous n'apportons aucune modification aux lits de dernière minute, s'ils sont demandés, en tout état de cause la somme de 20 euros doit être versée à la personne qui fait la literie.

The host and his point of contact were both highly communicative, organized, timely, and attentive. The location was steps away from the vapors to (water bus) which made navigating to different destinations within Venice easy. everything about the apartment itself was comfortable.

Great communication from Alberto before we travelled. He really tried to accommodate our needs and explained check in procedures very well. We then met Silvia, at check in and she was amazing. So friendly and helpful.The apartment is in an ideal, central location, not far from the Rialto Bridge. It is super quiet and down a lovely little alleyway. It is close to a number of shops and restaurants and there is a little general store just round the corner.The apartment is big with plenty of room. The beds are super comfy and the whole place is immaculate. There are lots of little details provided such as a nice coffee machine, hair dryer and all the cooking facilities. I would highly recommend.

First time in Venice

This was our first time in Venice. Alberto was so extremely helpful with giving us tips in the area for dining,shopping etc. As far as the apartment. Wow, we could not have picked a better spot. It was located perfectly in venice. Close to everything. The apartment was very clean, spacious and well decorated with all the comforts of home. We not recommend staying here more. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent experience at Rialto Twin House. The hosts are super responsive, very outgoing and offer many helpful tips on how to navigate Venice and surrounding area. Accommodations are clean, well maintained, and conveniently located near restaurants and shops. Close enough to the Rialto bridge yet tucked just far enough away so as to not be overrun by tourists. For us it was the perfect location, central to all of the sites we wanted to visit.

This place is close to everything.

Sylvia met us at the water bus and led us to the nearby apartment. She was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We had one small issue and Alberto was prompt to respond and provide resolution. The place was very clean and updated and we loved the location. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location

We stayed June 30-July 3 and our stay was perfect. Silvia met us at S.Silvestro and it was a very short walk to the apartment from there. She gave us a list of dining suggestions when we asked, we didn’t cook at all, but the kitchen would work great if you wanted to cook. We had a small issue with the hot water, but Alberto was able to instruct us via text quickly how to fix it. Everything you would need is very close by, we loved our visit.

Lovely accommodation

We felt right at home at this property. We appreciated the full shutters to block morning light and the extra blankets for cozy beds. The mattresses were a little too firm but we slept well enough. The building was nice and quiet and a great location for shopping and restaurants as well as sights. The owner was indisposed but sent a fabulous replacement who gave us helpful tips and good recommendations. She spoke multiple languages and was so pleasant. Our family of five fit the apartment well, and it was one of our favourite spots during our trip.

Great location and spacious!

Booked this apartment many months ahead for our stay the end of May. Sylvia met us at the waterbus stop and we did not walk far! You do walk up 2 sets of stairs to get to the apartment. It is very spacious and clean. My family ended up getting take a away pizza 2 night in a row and we ate in. There is air conditioning that works and gets cold, however the one unit is outside the bedrooms. You need to sleep with the bedroom doors open otherwise the bedrooms get hot and stuffy overnight. The bathroom is a tight squeeze, especially getting in the shower. The whole place js renovated but I think they couldve done something better to layout the bathroom. The shower is very small. The door opening will not accommodate anyone who is overweight without literally squeezing yourself in between the door openings. The lever to turn water on is on the shorter wall so you are always bumping it. Plenty of space in the kitchen and the fridge is a good size with a nice size freezer. The living room is huge with 2 large sofas and a dining table. Again, a better designed floor plan durijf renovation they could've added a washer and dryer and that woudlve been a bonus. There is a clothesline outaide the bedroom windows. The snaller bedroom could have a ceiling fan instead of chandelier to help with air floor. That is the designer brain in me pointing out some things that can make it an even better place.

Grand appartement confortable et très bon emplacement

Appartement correspondant bien aux photos. 2 chambres et grand salon parfait. Cuisine agréable. Ensemble chaleureux et idéal pour 4. Excellent chauffage . Salle de bain avec cabine douche miniature mais pour des vacances cela suffit. L'appartement est situé au 2° niveau de 'immeuble ( Contrairement à l'info de départ du propriétaire), soit 30 marches assez raide... mais Venise est fait pour les bons marcheurs, donc pas de problème. L'emplacement est génial: A 60 m. du vaporetto n°1. Nous avions pris le forfait 7 jours et avons donc circuler au maximum en bateau. Seul problème de confort: la forte odeur d'égout 24h/24 pendant 7 jours dans la salle de bain. Malgré cela nous recommandons ce logement. Très bon accueil en français.

Appartement très confortable et bien situé

Cet appartement rénové est très confortable; très pratique pour une famille avec trois enfants. Il est très bien situé: assez central en étant proche du pont du Rialto et tout proche d'une station de Vaporetto, tout en étant dans un quartier calme. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Le propriétaire était là pour nous accueillir à la station du Vaporetto et durant notre séjour, disponible pour répondre à toute question.
