Situated on the Nancy/Lunéville axis, Flainval is a peaceful village nestled in lush greenery with access to numerous hiking trails. Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room (library, telephone jack), bathroom/WC (bathtub and shower) + 1 bedroom (1 double bed).

First floor: 4 bedrooms (4 double beds, 2 single beds), shower room, separate WC.

Heating via heat pump (utilities included from [hidden] m² courtyard with shelter, 180 m² enclosed garden with ping-pong table, garden furniture, griddle, and charcoal barbecue.

For babies: cot, high chair, changing mat, baby bath and potty, playpen, baby bouncer. Reinforced charging point for electric vehicles.

Bed linen is not provided but can be rented (and is mandatory for business travelers) for €9.

A cleaning fee of €90 is charged for business stays. This accommodation is not classified as accessible for people with disabilities but features a ground floor with one bedroom and a bathroom (shower and bathtub).
