The Martin Pêcheur cottage is a detached house located on a large family property on the banks of the Saulx River in a quiet and relaxing setting. Free tennis court and a secure swimming pool are available from May 15th to September 15th. Six main rooms including five bedrooms are available. Recently renovated house.

Private access road, ample parking; terraces and arbors along the river. A cool spot ideal for summer. Shops are located in the village; private walkways allow access to the other side of the river. Tennis court. Large 50m² living room with views on the ground floor with a fitted kitchen. Five bedrooms: two queen-size beds and six single beds, two bathrooms with bathtubs and showers, and two separate toilets.

The price includes bed linen and towels; beds are made upon arrival. The cost of end-of-stay cleaning is included in the price.
Television, Wi-Fi, stereo system, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, part of the grounds are enclosed in front of the house; large private parking. Electric heating.

Heated family pool from May 15 to September 15, optional at €120 per week (payable on site if you did not select this option when booking). Grab bars in the showers and toilets.

From Bar-Le-Duc take dir. Saint-Dizier via the D635. Then take the direction Haironville. From the village square take the D997 towards Stainville. 300m to the right after the end of the village sign, take the private bridge belonging to the former Masters of Forges. (if you go beyond you will pass in front of the Arcelor factory, in this case you will have to turn around)
From St Dizier, Nancy or Reims, take the Nationale 4 to the "la houpette" exit and head towards Haironville; just after the bridge in the village of Haironville, turn right on the D997 towards Stainville; 300m to the right after the end of the village sign, take the private bridge belonging to the former Masters of Forges. (if you go beyond you will pass in front of the Arcelor factory, in this case you will have to turn around)
