Superb 75 m² flat which can accommodate up to 8 people. A stone's throw from the bullring, museums, shops, hospitals, and restaurants. 15 minutes from the sea, 8 minutes from the motorway and 10 minutes on foot from the train station. The flat has just been completely renovated, it is brand new! It is situated in a quiet area in the heart of Lunel between Montpellier and Nîmes offering the possibility to be between the sea and the Cevennes to enjoy our beautiful region for holidays or for work.
In the heart of the town centre, right next to the outdoor and indoor markets, the restaurants, the shops and the arenas, a real cocoon! Equipped kitchen open onto a large living room. 2 large bedrooms with 1 double bed (160 cm) and 1 twin bed (180 cm, can make 2 beds of 90), a laundry room, 1 large bathroom with 1 Italian shower. Possibility of additional bedding: a reading corner with 1 double sofa bed and another double sofa bed in the living room. 1 cot on request. The accommodation is suitable for single travelers and families.
Travelers have access to the entire flat.
Montpellier city centre is 12 minutes away by train (TER). 15 minutes from the beaches of La Grande Motte.
Easy access to the sea and the mountains, the greenways...
The flat is between the sea and the mountains, close to the medieval town of Sommières and Aigues Mortes.
The Mediterranean: very easy access to reach the beaches of La Grande Motte and Carnon in 15 minutes by car or by shuttle bus.
The mountains: the Cévennes, easy access to Anduze, 40 minutes by car.
Excellent restaurants nearby and visits to wine cellars.
Museums and arts to visit in Lunel, Montpellier and Nîmes (get there in 13 minutes by train) without having to worry about parking problems in the two big cities.
Cinema at 5 minutes walking distance with very good programs.
Festivals from May to September, theatre, dance, music including Jazz at Junas and the Radio France festival.
