This was a beautiful property. Photos don’t do it justice. Martin is wonderful. We loved the location. Rosie’s dog beach only a 5 minute walk. 2nd street only a 20 minute walk to wonderful restaurants and shops. This is the best VRBO we have ever stayed in

Beautiful place and great location! We loved our stay and Martin was such a considerate host. Relaxing, very close to gorgeous beach and plenty of restaurants.

You cannot beat the location of this place! Martin is very communicative, the place had a fully stocked kitchen, and our dog loved the walks on the beach right out the door. For being so close to Ocean Ave, it is incredibly quiet both inside and on the patio. This was our second stay as we searched the neighborhood for a permanent home and we'll be recommending it to friends and family when they visit.

This is a great little spot! Very clean and cute! My son loves to skateboard and the bike path in Long Beach is great and was steps from our doorway, as was the beach! Walking to downtown for coffee/dinner/dessert was great! We really like the whole area! Easy and free parking on the street

We had a wonderful stay at Martin’s Beach place. It was very comfortable and super cute! If we had a dog they would have loved it. And it was super convenient in location to my family’s place. Our only issue was the insane amount of flies in the yard and constantly getting in the house whenever the door opened. We couldn’t figure out what was the reason for it. It seemed almost like they were living in the ground of the front yard. There were no bad smells and the alley with trash was on the other side of the street. It probably wouldn’t have bothered me as much if I had been there by myself, but my son has an irrational fear of flying insects.

This was the perfect place for me and my family. We really enjoyed the outdoor space, it was perfect! We loved being able to all enjoy the outside and get away from the electronics for awhile.

Perfect location!

We have stayed here multiple times. Easy to walk to dine on the Main Street, walk to the beach, go to Rosie’s dog park and the bar on the beach or just relax on the swinging bed hammock. We will be back!

This property is charming, clean, and located in a terrific neighborhood. It’s a great choice for those who value walkability and/or need pet friendly accommodations—perfectly situated between the beach, bay and 2nd Street, and very close to Naples, the Marina, downtown and more. Martin is a kind and communicative host who was quick to answer any questions regarding the property and check-in/check-out process. We had a very comfortable stay and would highly recommend this property to others!

Location was great next to the beach. Great amenities. Outside patio was very relaxing place to hang out at. Neighborhood was quiet especially for a weekend. Overall a good stay.

Great place to stay, details and amazing taste on decoration makes this rental just gorgeous. The proximity from the beach is incredible. Love it and would stay there when I go back to Cali this year.

Wonderful get away

This place was comfortable and so well appointed; it had everything we needed for lazy breakfasts in and fun game nights. There is the most comfortable seating area on their outside patio and yard where we could still enjoy the sun and stay out of the wind in the windy days. We had the best time!
