Comfortable family room with large television, well-equipped basement gym (resilient floor for stretching, rowing machine, elliptical, treadmill, stationary bicycle, weight bench, television, etc), study lounge for kids, home office, and special 2nd floor outdoor room. The basement has a 10' x 20' green screen wall as well as a home "black box" theater with small stage, craft tables, and toys for kids.
