This mid-century modern home offers 2 bedrooms with 2.5 baths on the main level and 2 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. The home has extensive southern exposures and ton of windows; hence it gets great light. House sits on a 2-acre leveled lot. There is a brand new 5 person hot tub (open year round) and newly redone in ground heated pool with outdoor heated shower (seasonal). The house is furnished with designer furniture and accessories. TVs (75 & 65 inch) and propane BBQ grill. This one of a kind property is located close to town, beaches, restaurants & Westport train station 15 minutes away. No pets permitted, sorry:). Summer rentals will include propane and electric fee.
