Skots West Villa is a very nicely renovated house. This unit has two beds. One King size Tempur-Pedic style memory foam bed, one queen size memory foam bed, and a sofa couch w/ a memory foam topper. We keep our place highly maintained and have it professionally cleaned and sanitized after every use.

Pictures don't do justice to give the full feel of this home. The house listed is on the lower floor of a two-unit duplex. The house is centrally located; it is close to Midco Aquatic center, Denny Sanford, Down Town, Sanford medical center, Augustana & University of Sioux Falls, and the Zoo.

I fell in love with this beautiful two story property because of its location and the potential of turning them into a beautiful short term rental. The beautiful newly renovated home is centrally located in a wonderful neighborhood, it is close to Down Town, Sanford medical center, Augustana & University of Sioux Falls, Midco Aquatic center, Denny Sanford, and the Zoo.
