Wonderful stay! We had to make a last minute change after the nor'easter took out the road to our other rental this week, and Chris and Karen's home was phenomenal for me and my twins (traveling from California) to meet my mom and her partner. It had everything we needed, was quite clean, and the week was a huge success.

This home is in a wonderful location. Very spacious and plenty of beds for all! The loft is amazing for a family with small kids or all of the cousins/friends. We had a great week!

This clean and well appointed ocean front beach house was more than adequate for our family vacation! The kitchen has plenty of dishes, cutlery, cookware and appliances needed to prepare and serve multiple meals. Also, the beach toys, chairs, boogie boards and beach umbrella were much appreciated. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home away from home. Everyone had a great time!

My family and I had a wonderful beach vacation. It was relaxing. Perfect views of the beach. We truly appreciated that it was comfortable and well kept. Chris was easy to communicate with and always available to answer questions. I highly recommend the Seaside Sanctuary.

This house is simply one of the best beach rentals I’ve ever had. The location is peerless. It has everything a family or group of friends like us could want for kitchen, beach and entertainment. It is thoughtfully decorated without giving up that classic beach house vibe. I would come back to this house in future trips any time it’s available!

The house is very lovely and accommodated our large family. The ocean views are amazing as you can watch the dolphins swim by. The location is perfect as it is close to shopping, restaurants & entertainment.

We had a wonderful time on this trip and a huge part of this was the host - Chris. Chris was extremely welcoming and quick to answer questions. The amenities were perfect for our stay and we were able to relax worry free!! We cooked, watched movies, sipped wine just as if we were at home but with a beautiful view of the ocean.
