Bayfront North is our newly renovated top-floor bayfront penthouse, a spacious, beautifully updated retreat designed for families who love comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury. With panoramic waterfront views, an open-concept living space, a cozy fireplace, and a fully stocked kitchen, you’ll have everything you need for a stress-free stay.

The moment guests step inside, floor-to-ceiling windows showcase stunning bay views. The open-concept living space is designed for both comfort and connection, making it easy to enjoy time together. A king bedroom suite and a second bedroom with two twin beds are comfy cozy and make for a great night’s sleep after a long day in the sun.

Your stay in our Mission Beach Vacation Rental includes a full kitchen with all the appliances and cookware you need to whip up dinner for the family, but you may want to explore one of the nearby restaurants an easy walk away.

Days are filled with beach adventures, boardwalk strolls, and exploring nearby attractions like Belmont Park and SeaWorld—both just minutes away.

Evenings are for unwinding by the cozy fireplace, playing board games, or simply watching the bay lights shimmer from the balcony. Fireworks from SeaWorld often add a little extra magic to the night.

Location was nice on the bay in the front and the beach a short walk behind. Plenty of good restaurants around. Designated parking spot was great since it is such a busy area. It was very quiet at night/early morning. We enjoyed the walking path that goes along the bay and to some shops.

The location is excellent and the condo was bright and comfortable. We had a minor problem with the televisions and coffee maker but Dani handled it quickly and efficiently. Very convenient location for all the local attractions.

Great Condo Next to the Bay

We really enjoyed our stay as the location was perfect next to Mission Bay and steps from Belmont Park and the ocean. Everything was exactly as described and all communication was quick and helpful.

Condo was perfect for my family of 4! We have a 3 year old, and it was safe with beautiful views of the bay. So much to see with the boats and birds! Communication with host was easy and wonderful, would highly recommend!

Family Spring Break Get Away

Thank you for providing a great retreat! We very much enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well equipped with so many pans, dishes, and utensils. The boogie board and chairs and pales made our beach time the best! It felt super safe and was close to many restaurants, stores, the beach and the Belmont Park with fun games and rollercoaster. There is so much to do while having a quiet secure place to land and enjoy. Thanks again for helping make our trip so enjoyable!

Beautiful Bay view

The living room was nicely updated and had a beautiful view of sail bay and the Bahia Belle. Nightly fireworks from Sea World were a treat too. We were fortunate that the temps were in the mid to low 70s during the day since the property does not have A/C. Bedrooms and bathrooms are a bit dated for the price but were clean. We had an issue with the sliding screen which Dani took care of right away. We typically stay on the ocean side and will probably do so next time as well. But all in all, a nice stay.

Great Location, Good Place

We stayed the week between Christmas and New Year's and really enjoyed ourselves. The condo has two nice bedrooms and a bathroom for each. The kitchen has the necessary appliances and most everything you need to cook meals and the WIFI works very well. The location is a very short walk to Mission Blvd. and the beach. There's a Starbuck's within a two minute walk along with a small market, sushi place, Mexican, and Italian restaurants. And a grilled cheese restaurant as well. The view is of a marina and a bay and a beach is right out the door. It's not a fancy place, so if you're looking for a Ritz Carlton this isn't it, but I'd recommend it to anyone who anyone who's looking for a comfortable home away from home for a visit to San Diego.

This was our family's first vacation with our 2.5 yr old.....we were very happy with the condo. On the bay side, pleasantly quiet and steps to the beach. The view was fantastic and the balcony was great for night caps after the little guy went to bed. The condo had everything we needed including the beach chairs, boogie boards and all the toys for our son. To our surprise there was also a major blackout in SD County while we were here and "Dani" the property manager continued to text us by phone to make sure we were ok. She also came by to drop off an extra needed fan. Location, location and even better location.......and quiet when you need it. I am not fast to give out great reviews, however, with such great professionalism it is called for. Stay here first!

Nice Balcony—Dated Property

The property is located directly on the Bay. There is a nice balcony to sit outside and enjoy the weather and Sea World fireworks. The condo gets good air flow with the windows open. The property manager responded to our concerns quickly. However, there are some cons to the property. This is an older property and the photos make it look newer. The elevator’s permit expired in 2019—and this is the only way to get to the main entrance. The mattresses are old and have a cushion topper which just makes them worse. The floors are not clean. We swept them with the provided broom, but they need to be mopped.

As Arizonans, we spent our summers traveling to San Diego. Chris’s family now lives here, and Kelly has cherished childhood memories of staying in the same vacation rental each year.

We had always dreamed of owning a home by the water, and in 2006, that dream became a reality when we purchased our South condo. The following year, the condo across the hall became available, and it’s now our North condo. What we never anticipated was that this journey would evolve into a successful adventure lasting over 19 years. We truly enjoy running our small business and take great pleasure in hosting guests from all around the world.

As hosts, our goal is to ensure you feel right at home and have everything you need. Our property manager, Dani, who has been with us almost from the start, is nearby and available if you need anything during your stay. Please don’t hesitate to reach out— we’re here for you!
