This is a getaway experience of seclusion, elegance and comfort. The villa enjoys a prime location, only 5 mins walk to two sandy beaches (Koumbara and Tzamaria) and just a few minutes drive to Gialos beach (1.3kms), Ios port (2kms) , Ios Chora (3.5km) and Mylopotas beach (5.5km).

The villa size is 160 sq.m. on a 6,000 sq.m piece of land that reaches out to the sea. It is actually an architectural marvel, built with respect to local tradition and with true attention to detail. From the outside, the villa structure combines the Cycladian white with pure local stone. All verandas and terraces surrounding the villa are made out of the same stone, whereas the inside of the house is dressed in eternal white all around. The villa interior features a sitting room with two sofa beds and fireplace, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, guest wc and two large bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80 x 2.10) and ensuite bathroom with a beautiful stone washbasin and a large built-in shower. The second bedroom is actually a studio with its own sink facility, small fridge, private entrance and veranda with outdoor seating. It features a queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00), two single beds and ensuite built-in shower with stone washbasin. All bedrooms enjoy wonderful seaviews.

The villa's body structure was diligently built in a way so as to minimize the impact of Cycladian northern winds, offering protection where you need it most, at the two main verandas. More specifically, the main veranda offers seating and dining facilities while a long stone built-in bench reaches out to the barbeque. The barbeque itself was meticulously constructed to harmonically blend with the body of a large rock which the owners left untouched at its natural position. Verandas and terraces of 300sq.m. extend around the villa.

How to reach us? Ios is linked by boat with the port of Athens Piraeus. In the summer there are several boats everyday. The high speed boats take 3 hours to reach Ios from Piraeus. There are also normal boats that take longer. There are also connections with other islands, like Santorini, Paros, Naxos and Crete.
The villa is 5 minutes drive from the port.

We recommend that you hire a car during your stay (preferably a 4X4) as this will be the best way to explore the island, however if you wish, you could rent scooters or use public transportation. There is regular bus service throughout the summer to the port, Chora (the town of Ios) and Mylopota beach.
