Apartment for summer or winter stay in the Cimone district
Fully furnished apartment. The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a second double bedroom, living room with kitchenette, bathroom with bathtub / shower. Possibility of garage.
Second floor without elevator.
From the balcony you will enjoy the view of the mountain crown surrounding Fanano, up to Monte Cimone.
The apartment is located in Fanano main square.
Fanano is the base for hiking in the summer and for the ski slopes of the Cimone ski area in winter.
Great restaurants with Emilian cuisine are within walking distance. One of the pizzerias is also home.
Fanano has two Banks with ATM, Pharmacy, Post Office, all kinds of shops, Emergency.
At 50 meters there is the indoor ice skating rink, ice and wheelchairs, unique in the area.
In the summer the Municipal Swimming Pool is open.
In less than two hours you arrive in Florence and Tuscany and in about an hour in Bologna.

Casa bella e spaziosa, in centro a Fanano
La casa è ben arredata, luminosa, con un bel balcone vista monti e calda d'inverno. Fornita di tutto il necessario. Unico neo è la mancanza dell'ascensore x chi ha difficoltà a fare le scale.

The apartment was very nice and was clean. The owners came for a visit, making sure that all was ok
The owners where friendly, and spoke English.
The location is very good. It was quiet. Stores for food and other needs
were close and in walking distance . Parking is alright.

A lovely apartment with everything you needed for your stay
Fanano is a beautiful quaint place with lots of little coffee shops. The market on Sunday is amazing. There is also a swimming pool which was lovely and clean
The waterfall , rivers and adventure playground were amazing to visit.

accogliente e confortevole
Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questa casa, completa di ogni accessorio utile per una confortevole permanenza.
Molto vicino al palazzetto del ghiaccio e anche al centro di Fanano.
Pulita e accogliente.
Proprietario gentile e disponibile ad ogni nostra esigenza.
Ci tornerei ancora di sicuro.

Molto funzionale, caldo e centrale
Appartamento centralissimo, arredato con tutto ciò che può servire durante il soggiorno. A due passi dalla piazza principale, dal palaghiaccio e dai negozi per le prime necessità. L'aspetto migliore è il caldo tepore che c'è in casa, bellissimo quando si torna da una giornata sulla neve!

Tutto perfetto
L' appartamento si trova al centro di Fanano ed è in perfetto stato: i proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e corretti con noi. La casa dispone di tutti i confort possibili ed è stato un piacere per la mia famiglia trascorrere una breve vacanza invernale.
