Ideally located in the prestigious Marina di Fiori estate, in the heart of Porto-Vecchio, Villa COSI makes it easy to reach the most beautiful beaches in the region. The estate, made up of superb villas, also offers quality facilities accessible under certain conditions: a private port with the possibility of boat rental, a large swimming pool with a view of the bay in addition to your private pool, as well as tennis courts accessible for the villa, upon reservation.

The villa has a particularly sought-after location, just 200 meters from the semi-private beach of Marina di Fiori, about 4 minutes walk. An exceptional setting to fully enjoy Porto-Vecchio.

Villa COSI includes:

- a large living room with fireplace of about 40 m² (non-air-conditioned living room),

- a fully equipped open kitchen,

- 3 rooms each equipped with individual air conditioning, with very comfortable bedding, of 5-star hotel quality:

a first bedroom with a 160 cm double bed,

a second bedroom with a 140 cm double bed,

a master suite with a large bed of 180 cm (or 2 beds of 90 cm) as well as 2 bunk beds.

The villa can accommodate up to 8 people.

You will also have:

1 shower room,

1 shower room with WC, private to the master suite

1 WC.

For a peaceful stay, sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the rental price.

A large covered terrace opens onto the landscaped garden and the private swimming pool of 8 x 4 m, heated out of season by heat pump and secured by an alarm.
