VILLA REGORDANE

In an ideal location at the crossroads of the Cevennes, Camargue and Provence, this contemporary luxury villa sits at the foot of one of the most beautiful villages in the Gard, on the Chemin de Régordane. The surrounding region has a rich history to explore, and the villa is a short drive from the Duché d’Uzès (25 min), the Pont du Gard (40 min), the Nîmes Roman Arena (30 min) and the Avignon Palace of Popes (1 hour).
Surrounded by a large enclosed Mediterranean garden, the villa features a private swimming pool with a large sunny deck, as well as many terraces which will allow you to enjoy the exceptional climate of the region and the sound of cicadas at any time of the day. A private place to play petanque is also at your disposal.
At 160 m2, the single-storey villa is designed for 8 people. It has a fully equipped Provencal-style kitchen, a dining room with an 8-person table, a living room with 2 sofas, 4 bedrooms (3 double beds and two single bunk beds), 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets.
Solar panels on the roof provide environmentally friendly air conditioning for the whole house during the hot summer months and warm water for the swimming pool and the tub when nights are getting colder.
The dining room, living room and two of the bedrooms feature bay windows overlooking the terraces and the swimming pool, so you can enjoy them as soon as you wake up.
In the evening, you can take in the stunning view of the illuminated medieval village from the comfortable garden lounge on the terrace.
The house also features an automatic gate with intercom and a barbecue made of local stone.
We provide sheets, duvets, pillows and towels.
The heart of the medieval village is a ten-minute walk from the house, featuring quiet cobbled streets, local restaurants and bars. The village also has a supermarket, a bakery, a pharmacy and an organic farmers’ market.
Marcus, to whom we have entrusted the reception and management of the villa, will be there to make your stay as pleasant as possible and to answer any questions you may have.

Great stay in south of France.

Beautiful villa in a stunning location in the south of France, with supermarket, boulangerie and and restaurants close by. The villa comfortably catered for 8 of us, was generously equipped, and the pool was a fantastic addition. Any queries we had during the week were answered promptly by the concierge.

Une villa de rêve

Quel séjour formidable dans cette belle villa ! Un vrai coin de paradis, tout est confortable, la piscine, le jacuzzi, la clim, la belle terrasse...Marcus (conciergerie)est réactif et compétent. Des vacances de rêve ! Messages tres sympathiques des propriétaires à l'arrivée et au depart. Nous ne manquerons pas de louer cette villa à nouveaux si nous revenons dans la région !

Un cadre exceptionnel !

Quel plaisir d'avoir été accueillis dans ce cadre exceptionnel. Le service de conciergerie et plus particulièrement l'action de Marcus ont contribué à rendre notre séjour premium. La maison est idéalement située en face du village médiéval classé, en tout moment de la journée, nous avons pu profiter de la vue magnifique. Le soir, lorsque le village est illuminé, cela fait son effet. La villa est grande et a permis à chacun des convives de profiter de son espace. Les extérieurs sont agréables, le barbecue, l'herbier, la piscine et le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus. Nous avons apprécié les éclairages extérieurs lors des soirées d'été. La maison est très bien équipée rendant le séjour confortable. Les propriétaires sont prévenants. Les alentours regorgent d'activités et de lieux à découvrir (le conservatoire de la Figue, les agriculteurs Fan & Jicé, la poterie d'Anduze, les vins, Uzès, etc...). Nous vous remercions une nouvelle fois pour ce séjour magnifique.

Beautiful summer house

Rented as 2 families and the house was absolutely perfect for us. It was very clean, very well equipped and there was lots of communal space and outdoor space, which was ideal with 4 kids running around. The pool was amazing, and needless to say a massive hit! All in all just lovely and would highly recommend.

nous avons passé de belles vacances en famille dans cette magnifique villa superbement équipée et decorée avec gout belle piscine avec jacuzi de nombreuses terrasses ombragées,la climatisation une cuisine ou rien ne manque. Vacance des rêves en Provence / Traumurlaub in der Provence

La villa est fantastique et nous a beaucoup plu. Nous avons déjà loué plusieurs maisons de vacances et nous pouvons dire qu'en matière d'équipement et de propreté, c'est vraiment le top, nous n'avons manqué de rien et tout est de très bonne qualité. Avec des températures avoisinant les 40 degrés, nous avons apprécié la climatisation qui a permis de maintenir toutes les chambres à une température agréable. Dans l'ensemble, des vacances superbes et inoubliables. Un grand merci également à Marcus pour l'accueil chaleureux et l'encadrement pendant notre séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Die Villa ist fantastisch und hat uns super gefallen. Wir haben schon einige Ferienobjekte gemietet und können sagen im Bereich von Ausstattung, Sauberkeit wirklich absolut top, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und alles ist sehr hochwertig. Bei Temperaturen um die 40 Grad waren wir sehr dankbar über die Klimaanlage, die alle Zimmer auf eine angenehme Temperatur brachte. Alles in allem ein toller und unvergesslicher Urlaub. Auch einen herzlichen Dank an Marcus für den herzlichen Empfang und die Betreuung während unseres Aufenthalts. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Un parfait havre de paix

La villa est juste magnifique, fonctionnelle, particulièrement bien équipée et d'une propreté irréprochable... Le village de caractère de Vézénobre est situé à moins de 30 mn de Nîmes, du Pont du Guard, d'Anduze et son marché, d'Uzès, des grottes du Trabuc. Quant à nos velleités de visiter davantage , elles ont fondu comme neige au soleil tant nous nous sentions bien dans la villa de Nelly et Marc.

Splendide Villa pour un séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique villa très spacieuse avec des prestations de grande qualité, plusieurs terrasses selon les heures de la journée, grande piscine, cuisine très bien équipée pour cuisiner, literie très confortable, que dire de plus ! Villa de très grand confort

Villa luxueuse, très agréable à occuper avec les différents salons, salle à manger et terrasses, très fonctionnelle, très bien équipée . Des équipements bébé seraient les bienvenus : lit parapluie, chaise haute (mais on était informé).
