Thiré is a pretty village in the South Vendée. Supermarket with regional products every Friday morning, bakeries and pastries 5 km away. Baroque music festival at the Jardins de William Christie every year at the end of August. Bar, restaurant, swimming pool 5 km away, tennis court in the village, ocean 30 km away, forest 25 km away, Venise Verte 25 km away with many activities for children. Les Sables d'Olonne, the islands of Ré, Noirmoutier, Aix and Oléron are accessible during the day. No tourist tax.
