At 500m of the beach of the thalassotherapy center, in a quiet neighbourhood, pleasant house of almost 130m² for 8 persons. Carefully decorated in the heart of a tree-line, it offers you all the amenities and is suitable for people with reduced mobility.
It includes:
- entry,
- living room with Tv and sofa,
- equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, cooking plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave),
- bedroom with bed of 160cm large and terrace access,
- utility room with washing machine and dressing,
- bedroom with bunk bed and drawer bed,
- bathroom with toilets,
Upstairs :
- bathroom with toilets,
- bedroom with bed of 140cm large.
Beautiful garden with furniture facing SOUTH. Barbecue prohibited. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking house.
Possibility to park a car in the property. Classified as 3* by Square Habitat.
