It includes:
- Entry,
- Living room with TV and sofa bed of 140cm large,
- Equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, cooking plate),
- Bathroom with washing machine,
- Toilets separated.

Loggia with sea view and garden furniture.
Parking "Les Dauphins" n°28 (of residence "Hoche", next to "caisse d'épargne", rue de verdun).
Animal not allowed.

Electric and water usage in extra charge (30€/week) excepted from the 23th of May to 26th of September 2026.
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 68€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.

Magnifique studio

Ce studio rénové est bien placé, proche de la plage et des commerces. Sa loggia face à la mer, nous a permis de passer d'agréables moments. Seul bémol pour cette location, le parking éloigné (déchargement à l'arrivée et chargement des bagages au départ). De plus, le samedi de notre départ, le portail était hors service. Celui-ci a été ouvert manuellement par un propriétaire de l'immeuble. Nous n'avons pu sortir qu'à 9h30. Nous avons du traverser le marché du jour.
