This pleasant studio apartment of almost 35m² for 3 persons is located on the second floor, door 94 of the residence “Les 3 Iles” beside the thalassotherapy center and only 20 meters from the first beach.
It includes:
-Entry,
-Living room with TV, folding bed of 160cm large and one individual bed,
-Equipped kitchen (cooking plate, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher),
-Bathroom with toilets
Balcony with garden furniture and sea view.
Parking on the residence. Animals allowed with extra charge (5€/Day).
Electric and water usage in extra charge (30€/week) excepted from the 23th May to 26th September 2026.
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 70€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.
