Nice little terraced house of almost 55m² for 6 persons, door n°102 on the quiet residence "Les Villas de Kermaria", enter Port-Maria and the wild coast.
It includes :
- Entry,
- Living room with TV and sofa bed of 140cm large,
- Equipped kitchen (cooking plate, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher),
- Toilets separated,
Uptsairs :
- Bedroom with bed of 140cm large,
- Bedroom with two beds of 90cm large and baby bed,
- Bathroom with washing machine and toilets,
Private garden with garden furniture. Animals allowed with extra charge (5€/days).
Parking n°102. Garage n°102.
Access to the residence's private swimming pool from mid-June to mid-September.
Electric and water usage in extra charge (50€/week) excepted from the 23th of May to 26th September 2026.
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 110€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.
