Vaste appartement avec vue exceptionnelle. Par contre, très vétuste, meubles de cuisine difficiles à ouvrir, certains ustensiles de cuisine sont à changer. salle d'eau petite et en mauvais état, entretien à revoir..., fauteuils défoncés, literie très dure,Immeuble mal insonorisé, baies vitrées très difficiles à manipuler, pas de double vitrage. C'est dommage de laisser un tel bien dans cet état. La vue ne justifie pas le prix demandé.
