This pretty house of almost 75m² for 6 persons completely renovated is located at 400m of the town center and 600m of the large beach of Quiberon.

It includes:
-entry,
-open equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, gas stove),
-livingroom with TV and sofa,
-bedroom with bed of 140cm large,
-bathroom with Italian shower,
-toilets separated.

Upstairs:
-bedroom with sofa bed of 140cm large,
-bedroom with two single beds of 90cm large.

Big garden of almost 600m² with South/West exposition and terrace. Garage with washing machine. Possibility to park a car in front of garage. WIFI

Electric and water usage in extra charge excepted from the 25th of May to 28th of September 2024.
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 120€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.

Super emplacement

Maison fonctionnelle et grand jardin où les enfants peuvent jouer. Très bien située. Mais... - pas de toilettes à l'étage. - il manquait qq petites choses : grand et petit couteau de cuisine qq assiettes à dessert, il n'y en que 5 une 2eme nappe pour la table sur la terrasse un rideau brise vue pour la fenêtre côté cuisine qui donnait sur la rue le wifi Ceci dit , nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

De très belle vacances

Nous étions 6, donc 3 couples et tout était top. Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse et du jardin malgré les fortes chaleurs de la semaine. La proximité avec le centre ville, les commerces et la plage ne pouvait être que plaisante. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour

Belle maison bien placée

La maison, sa terrasse et son jardin sont très agréables Tout le confort attendu est présent A 5 minutes à pied du centre de Quiberon Tout est parfait pour passer un bon séjour
