Apartment JOELISA Residence Sognu Di Rena

Welcome to the JOELISA Apartment – Moriani Beach, between sea and mountains

The JOELISA apartment is a single-storey apartment, located on the raised first floor of the Sognu di Rena residence.

It includes a large air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed offering 2 beds, as well as two real air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. For families with children, a baby cot, a stroller and a high chair are available free of charge.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, fridge-freezer, classic coffee maker, Senseo machine, microwave and everything you need to prepare your meals.

You will also enjoy a beautiful terrace with a plancha to share pleasant meals outside.

The apartment has an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer and a washing machine. An iron and ironing board are also available. Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience.

The beach is only 80 steps from the residence and the swimming pool is 30 steps away (open from May 1st to September 30th).

The Sognu di Rena residence is ideally located 500 metres from the centre of Moriani Plage where you will find all the amenities: supermarket, bank, doctor's office, bakery, tobacconist's shop, bookshop and pharmacy.

A pleasant pedestrian path lined with shops, beach restaurants and lively establishments will allow you to fully enjoy your holiday. A leisure centre also offers various water activities.

Nature lovers can discover beautiful hikes, charming mountain villages, beautiful natural pools and beautiful waterfalls.

Moriani Plage is located 45 km south of Bastia and only 25 minutes from Bastia airport.

In the apartment, you will find a guide with a lot of information and ideas for outings to discover the riches of Corsica and the warm welcome of its inhabitants.

Vacances bord de mer

La résidence est toute proche de la mer avec accès à la plage (sable et assez gros galets... :( ) et quelques parasols et transats à louer, un peu plus loin plage de sable accessible à pied également. L'appartement correspond en tous points à la description. Restos et commerces à proximité. C'est également un bon point de départ pour visiter Bastia, St Florent, Corte par exemple ou d'autres plages (Alistro ou Vignale par ex).

L'appartement est très bien placé dans la commune de Moriani, très propre, fonctionnel et agréable, il ne manque rien. Nous avons été accueillies très agréablement par Mélanie qui a été au petits soins avec nous et très chaleureuse.

Prima Urlaub

Wir wurden sehr freundlich auf Französisch empfangen, die Wohnung war genau wie abgebildet. Sehr praktisch waren Schwimmbad und Strand (die Kinder hat der schmale Streifen mit Steinen nicht gestört). Der Trubel vom Schwimmbad geht um 20 Uhr zu Ende. Der Balkon lag im Schatten, was für uns bei der Hitze sehr angenehm war. Verbesserungsbedürftig ist das W-LAN in der Anlage. Klasse fanden unsere Kinder die Kiste mit Schwimm- und Sandutensilien. Zum Finden der Straßeneinfahrt nach dem Namen Sognu di Rena leicht südlich vom Ort schauen, denn die Hausnummer half nicht weiter. Der Bäcker in der Nähe hat leckere Baguettes und Croissants.
