Currently live in California after growing up in the colder climate of Green Bay, Wisconsin as a Green Bay Packer fan. The sunshine and warm weather and excellent beach location made this an easy decision to purchase and share with others as a vacation rental.

Great condo in a perfect location!
Property was very nice, staff was friendly and very helpful. Owner communicated everything we needed to know for an easy check-in. Most everything we needed was within walking distance. Would definitely recommend!!
We stayed at condo for our 25th anniversary. Location was perfect for beach time as well as walking to all the restaurants. One of favorites was the lanai for a drink and for eating breakfast. Condo has everything and Terry was great to work with. Highly recommend this unit...
Perfect location for multiple activities
This condo was perfect for us. We chose it because of the parking spot availability and general location, having not been to Oahu before. We were easily able to drive out to our hikes each morning, stopping at various points of interest, then would often wind down at the Outrigger pool (what a nice amenity perk!) and then walk to an excellent restaurant for dinner (Duke's was our fave!). We watched the fireworks from the lanai on Friday night and avoided the crowds ont he beach.

The location is a 10. The check in and out as well as the amenities of outrigger are awesome!
The suite was comfortable and perfect with a minor challenge, the king bed was two twins put together (not conducive to a bed hog like me!). I would stay here again anytime!
We loved the use of the laundry as well as the beach supplies.
Terry was a pleasure to communicate with and was flexible when our flights were changed and our check in time was adjusted.

Terry, as usual we had a wonderful time at #215. We did miss seeing Jean this time, do hope she enjoys her move to the mainland. The Outrigger were great, helped us move our luggage from the Reef where were staying for a couple of nights. Tim had trouble tuning into the T.V, The maintenance man was there to fix the problem within the hour. Great being able to use the pool and fitness centre, no more washing sandy beach towels!!! We did not ask for clean linen as so easy to use the washing machine and dryer. The apartment was well stocked with supplies, a lovely touch having the bathroom lotions provided. I was going to ask you how you liked the new changes since you have stayed there many times. Thank you for letting me know. I am trying to provide the best of both worlds with a private condo and the added benefits of Outrigger next door with its pool and fitness center, concierge, and being there 24/7 for my guests.
