The accommodation is laid out as follows:
The flat is situated on the 1st floor of a small block of flats, accessible via stairs. With a floor area of approximately 60 m², this duplex flat is laid out as follows:

- A bright living room with a lounge area (Netflix, Amazon Prime), a dining table for 6 people and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine, electric kettle, etc.).
- A large, south-facing balcony of 20 m²
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A separate shower room and toilet.

Upstairs
- One bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200)
- One bedroom with a double sofa bed (140x190) with a new mattress.
- Separate toilet

The flat is situated in a residential neighbourhood, 80 metres from the beach and the water sports centre.
There are plenty of shops nearby: food shops, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, clothes shops, tobacconists and newsagents, etc.

Activities
- Sports, cycling and water sports, walking, running, pétanque, surfing, boating, etc.
- Traditional market every Saturday morning, plus Tuesday mornings during the summer season, and a craft market on Wednesday evenings in the summer.
- Fête de la Mer in Pénerf (every year in August).
- Damgan Triathlon (every year in June).

You can do practically everything on foot: the beach is 80 metres away and Damgan town centre is 150 metres away.

Transport:
If you’re coming by car, you can park in the flat’s private car park.

- To get around during your stay, you can hire bikes in the town centre.
