Thanks to the bus located just nearby, it will take you 20 min to join the city center and the beaches are only 15 km away. At last, you will find numerous proximity shops in the area.

Montpellier Saint-Roch train station → 30 min by transports or 15 min by car
Montpellier Méditerranée airport → 20 min by car
