A lovely and quiet village lane is the location for this updated ranch that contains two bedroom suites, a separate sleeping room plus a 1/2 bath. Open floor plan with chef’s kitchen, separate laundry plus large outdoor mahogany deck and BBQ. Master bath was completely updated in 2021. Guest bath updated in 2023. Charming and comfortable, the home is located close to village Main St., shopping, restaurants and beautiful Southampton beaches. Light and bright with oversized windows in all rooms. Master suite has king bed and is located on the opposite side of the house from the guest rooms. One-third acre yard is fully fenced and private with outdoor shower, fire pit and mature landscaping. Six place dining table (w/umbrella) on deck plus a smaller coffee table (w/umbrella) with four chairs. Deck is well shaded by a red maple tree.

Hardwood white oak floors throughout the home. Driveway parking for three cars. The following are NOT included in the rental: attached garage, rear shed and side shed.
