A beautifully renovated designer home in one of Southampton's most desirable locations. The house was recently completely renovated and is ready to enjoy the summer. The tasteful residence features a custom-built chef's kitchen with dining room, and living room with wood-burning fireplace. One of the four bedrooms is located on the first floor. We had a great stay at this lovely, super clean, comfortable house that’s just a few minutes walk from stores and shops and a short walk to the beach. The outdoor space makes for great relaxing. It’s as clean and well-maintained as the interior of the house. The host is very responsive and easy to work with.

Perfect Combo-walk to town and beach!

My family and I really enjoyed the ‘in-town’ living. We would walk to breakfast or lunch while shopping and then dinner and ice cream afterwards. We also rode our bikes to the beach if we weren’t sitting by the pool. Great location and clean house!

Lovely, peaceful, perfect

My family of four with two older teens stayed at this property between Xmas and New Years. It was a perfect city escape - a couple of minutes walk to the Village, a nice bike ride or longer walk to the beach while being quiet, peaceful, warm and cozy. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped and the layout was exactly what we needed. The owner was super responsive and I would recommend or rent again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
