Sheep Barn Villa with Private Pool, Route de Palombaggia

You can rest and recharge your batteries in this warm 90 m2 sheepfold-type villa in both summer and winter. It is located on the road to Piccovaggia, 5 minutes by car from one of the most beautiful beaches in Corsica, Palombaggia, 10 minutes from Porto-Vecchio and 30 minutes from Figari airport.

This pretty villa has 3 spacious bedrooms (each equipped with a 180x200cm bed that can be separated in two), a large convivial living room, a fully equipped open kitchen, an 80 m2 terrace, a private swimming pool, a summer kitchen sheltered by a pergola and a local stone barbecue. It is ideal for a stay with family or friends, and can accommodate up to 6 people.

You will be welcomed in the best conditions and all you have to do is drop off your suitcases.

The services of the house are as follows:

- Fully equipped kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, espresso machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster
- 2 shower rooms

All linen is provided, sheets and towels as well as pool towels.

Simply wonderful stay in Corsica! We were there for 12 days and the house was a perfect base for us as a family of 4 with 2 kids under 12. The pool, the kitchen, the outdoor area, everything was set up well. Katia was very helpful with all we needed. Would be back!

Wonderful stay, beautiful view overlooking the Macchia. Car is essential for shopping and eating out. Well equiped kitchen and apartment in general. Nothing was missing except maybe a fire place instead of the elctric BBQ for the atmosphere. Privacy guaranteed.

Beautiful house

We spent a wonderful week at house, which was perfectly clean. We especially enjoyed the pool and the view. The electrical grill was very convenient. The area is nice, with several good restaurants. There is a nice beach which you can walk to, it’s less crowded than the more famous beaches in the area. Would love to come back.

A house with a magic atmosphere!

I stayed at this villa with two friends for 2 weeks. We loved our vacation there! The house was spotlessly clean and the entire property is so well kept. Gorgeous landscaping includes a very old and impressive olive tree. We used the heated pool with its three jets every day, sometimes also at night, as it has a light under water and the deck is also well lit. And above us an amazing nighttime sky with countless bright stars (no light pollution in the area). Had a feline friend visit us daily. We also made good use of the outdoor electric BBQ. This was my first time in Corsica and I was really taken by the beauty of this island, the friendliness of the Corsican people and, of course, the fabulous cuisine! I can fully recommend this sheep-fold villa and hope to be able to come back myself!

Un endroit magnifique et très facile à vivre car super bien équipé. Plancha au top, tout ce qu’il faut en terme de vaisselle, des boîtes pour conserver les aliments, le nécessaire d'épicerie...La piscine est vraiment très agréable.Les propriétaires ont eu la gentillesse de nous proposer un programme d'activités à titre indicatif pour notre séjour. Très appréciable.Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux en famille

Très jolie villa restaurée avec goût dans le style de la région, idéalement située entre plages et jolies villes, Porto Vecchio et Bonifacio entre autres, piscine et terrasse très agréables, calme du voisinage et enfin la gentillesse et la sympathie de Katia qui nous a accueillis avec beaucoup d'empathie.En bref je recommande.P.s. : tout petit bémol si je peux me permettre, 1seul WC pour 6 c'est peut être un peu peu mais comme nous étions en famille ça ne nous a pas vraiment posé de problème, sinon c' était parfait.

Tolles Haus mit Pool bei hervorragenden Gastgebern. Wir haben eine sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Vermietern und Verwalterin erlebt. Das Haus entsprach unseren Erwartungen, war sehr sauber, vollständig und komfortabel eingerichtet. Es liegt direkt an der Straße von Porto Vecchio nach Palombaggia, was bedeutet, dass man auch etwas Verkehr wahr nimmt. Das war aber auf keinen Fall störend. Anders als wir erwartet hatten, ist es kein alleinstehendes Objekt. Nebenan und weiter unten auf dem Grundstück befinden sich zwei weitere Ferieneinheiten.Wir haben den Aufenthalt als sehr angenehm empfunden und empfehlen das Objekt gern weiter.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus

Wir verbrachten unseren Urlaub zum ca. 10. Mal auf Korsika, immer rund um Piccovaggia in ähnlichen Häusern. Diesmal, nicht immer selbstverständlich gegen Ende der Saison, funktionierte alles. Klimaanlage, Spülmaschine, Wifi,Pool. Der Kontakt mit Katia, die sich um das Haus kümmert, verlief reibungslos. Die Vermieterin bot mehrmals per Whatsapp Hilfe an. War aber alles OK. Gerne wieder.

Bergerie Palombaggia

Nous avons passé des vacances exceptionnelles dans la bergerie. Malgré une arrivée très tardive a cause d'un retard de 15h de notre vol nous avons été très bien accueilli et tout s'est bien passé tout au long de notre séjour. Nous recommandons fortement.

Super schöner umgebauter, sehr saubere Villa! Toller Elektrogrill draußen und in der Küche fehlt es an fast nichts! Leider an der Hauptstraße gelegen aber dies stört nicht arg!

Sommertraum in der Nachsaison

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt (2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder/Jugendliche) Mitte Oktober rundherum zufrieden. Das Haus und die Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt und mit Geschmack angelegt. Die Möblierung und Ausstattung der Innenräume ist funktional. (Zu beachten: Es gibt zwei Duschen, aber nur eine Toilette.) Wir hatten sehr gutes, spätsommerliches Wetter und am Ende der Saison konnten wir die Gegend mit den tollen Stränden (unser Tipp: Plage de Carataggio, vom Haus aus am besten 5 Minuten mit dem Auto und dann 15 Minuten zu Fuß) aber auch Ausflüge in die Berge und Unternehmungen in Porto-Vecchio und Bonifacio ganz entspannt genießen. Unser Fazit: ein Sommertraum im Herbst.

Joli paradis Corse bien pensé pour une semaine de plaisirs

En famille ou entre amis, tout y est pour profiter de jolies journées sous le soleil Corse ! L'espace extérieur est juste parfait avec une piscine au sel super agréable et un barbecue et si la météo n'est pas au rendez vous, vous serez super bien à l'intérieur aussi ! Déco épurée et cosy. Linge fourni de la serviette de plage à la serviette de bain. Seul bémol un seul toilette pour les 3 chambres mais en famille ca marche bien ! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Heerlijk huis

We hebben een hele fijne week gehad in Porto-Vecchio! Een fijn huis met goede bedden, lekker zwembad en een gezellig terras. Fantastische locatie met zoveel leuke stranden en dorpjes nabij.

Tolles Haus mit Pool!

Perfekte und sehr gepflegte Location für uns mit 3 Kindern (6, 10, 12)! Von außen uneinsehbare Terrasse mit tollem Pool und Grill. Sehr nette Gastgeber; wir haben uns bestens betreut gefühlt. Lage nah zu den Stränden Palombaggia, St Giulia etc ist auch sehr praktisch. Kurz: perfektes Haus für eine Auszeit!

Séjour toussaint 2021 en famille

A proximité des plages, l'environnement, la villa et ses prestations en font un cadre idéal pour se détendre et se reposer, en famille pour nous mais aussi en couple. Très bon accueil, très clair dès la prise de contact. Les petits plus, la superbe terrasse avec sa piscine chauffée, le linge fourni et le ménage inclus en fin de séjour. Zéro stress. A refaire :)

Luxus Camp für Chill and Thrill Urlaub auf Korsika

Als Familie mit zwei jundedlichen Kindern war das Ferienhaus in allen Punkten genau das Richtige für uns. Es bot die perfekte Ausgangsbasis für Motorboot, JetSki, Tauchen, Klettern, Wandern und Städtetouren im Süd/Osten von Korsika. "Zuhause" konnten wir dann im Pool oder am nahegelegenem Strand entspannen.
