maison très bien située à 2 pas de la plage.Sejour vaste et très agréable.Chacun trouve une indépendancedans les chambres avec salles d'eau.Enfin le parc très agréable pour déjeuner ou dîner dehors permet d'eviter les problèmes de stationnement dans la rue.

Logement insalubre

A fuire. Cette maison est insalubre. Les murs et les plafonds sont couverts de champignons. L'humidité ruisselle sur les murs. La vaisselle est également couverte de champignons. Les draps sont humides en permanence. L'odeur est intenable. Et pour couronner le tout, le ménage n'était pas fait à notre arrivée (des toiles d'araignées de 20 à 30 cm dans toutes les pièces). Une horreur, il n'y a pas d'autre mot.

Nous avons apprécié : - la taille du logement - la terrasse, le jardin - le parking dans le jardin pour les 2 voitures - la proximité de la plage et ses activités nautiques et de la gare SNCF en voiture et du Pouliguen - la conciergerie très disponible.

Toller Ort in altem Haus

Die Lage ist perfekt und der Kontakt sehr nett. Leider ist vieles in diesem Haus bereits sehr alt und nicht mehr auf einem Standard, der diesen Preis rechtfertigen würde. Eine der beiden Toiletten funktioniert quasi nicht und überläuft fast, wenn an einem anderen Ort geduscht wird. Steckdosen funktionieren teilweise nicht.

Emplacement idéal

Super emplacement au calme et proche de tout à pied : la plage, la Baule centre et le Pouliguen. Bonne literie, équipement fonctionnel. Très bon accueil d’Alice Par contre décoration dans son jus et déception de ne pas pouvoir utiliser la cheminée.

Très beau séjour à la Baule

Très beau séjour dans cette maison de famille "dans son jus" propre et lumineuse. 1 chambre isolée avec salle de bain pour les grands parents au bout de la maison et un grand séjour lumineux donnant sur le jardin, ses écureils et une ruelle peu passante. Une petite cuisine dans laquelle il faut être très organisé, mais rien qui n'ait empêché notre séjour dans cet endroit (un peu loin des commerces mais surtout de l'agitation ET à 100m de la plage) de se passer à MERVEILLE. Un grand merci à Alice pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

Séjour très agréable, maison chaleureuse et très bien située. Le wifi fonctionne très bien. Chaque chambre a une salle de bain, c’est très pratique. Nous la recommandons.
