This 2 rooms appartment of almost 50m², for 4 persons with a direct view of "Belle-Ile" is located on the 5th floor, building 1, door n°54 in the Residence "Les Ondines". This residence is located at 800meters of the town center and near to the large beach of Quiberon.

It includes :
-entry with cupboards,
-equiped kitchen (cooking plates, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine),
-living room with sofa bed and TV,
-bedroom with bed of 140cm large,
-bathroom,
-toilets separated.

Loggia with sea view and garden furniture. Parking n°45 in the residence. Beds with duvets. Animals allowed with extra charge (5€/days).

Electric and water usage in extra charge (50€/week) excepted from the 23th of May to 26 september 2026.

Superbe emplacement, il ne manque quasiment rien dans l'appartement, hormis un sèche-cheveux, il y a toutes les commodités. Parfait pour une météo d'été assez fraîche. Coucher de soleil et vue sur mer/port très agréable.
