Sehr saubere, ruhige, aber leider wegen der spärlichen Vegetation auch etwas steril wirkende neue Anlage. Küche super ausgestattet. Pool sehr groß und sauber, aber auch etwas ungemütlich, weil an drei Seiten direkt an Wohnungsterrassen angrenzend. Sehr nette Pizzeria direkt am Campingplatz und gutes und günstiges Restaurant oberhalb des Strandes mit wunderbarem Blick aufs Meer. Herrlicher Strand mit Fußdusche auf dem Weg. Leider kann man nachts nicht mit offenem Fenster bzw. Balkontüre schlafen, weil man sonst von Heerscharen von Stechmücken überfallen wird. So wird es dann im Schlafzimmer, wo keine Klimaanlage installiert ist, sehr heiß. Die Wohnung ist extrem klein, im Wohnzimmer (mit Klimaanlage) ist bei ausgezogener Schlafcouch keine Bewegungsfreiheit mehr vorhanden.Balkon mit herrlichem Meerblick ist wegen der Stechmücken nur bis zum frühen Nachmittag nutzbar.

Gute Lage mit Meerblick

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und durch Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon und Klimaanlage ist es auch bei heißen Temperaturen angenehm.

Un appartement magnifique et bien situé qui ne manque de rien

Le bel appartement avec vue sur la mer est situé dans un complexe de vacances nouvellement construit. Nous étions trois dans l'appartement. Rien ne manquait dans la cuisine, tout était équipé de bons appareils électroménagers, pour que vous puissiez très bien prendre soin de vous. Le lit et le canapé-lit étaient très confortables. La salle de bain avait une grande douche à l'italienne et les toilettes étaient dans une pièce séparée. Tout est très propre et pratiquement meublé. La réservation et l'échange avec la propriétaire étaient amicaux et simples. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons été très satisfaits de nos vacances

Tolle Ferienwohnung!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Meerblick ist der Hammer! Ausstattung der Wohnung ist absolut top! Sogar Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Tischgrill alles vorhanden! Würden vorab ausführlichst über alles informiert. Vermieterin sehr freundlich! Waren sehr zufrieden. Gerne wieder!

L'appartement était agréable, décoré avec goût. L'environnement laissait à désirer : moustiques à foison, vue sur le bazar du camping voisin, vis à vis important avec les voisins et marine alentour quasi abandonnée.

Cher Thierry, je vous remercie d'avoir pris le temps de rédiger une appréciation sur notre logement. Il s'agit de la première saison pour cette résidence de tourisme et par vos observations nous allons améliorer notre location. A fleur d'une zone "Natura2000" qui protège la biodiversité faune et flore, et engendre des moustiques à la tombée de la nuit, nous allons réaliser la pose de moustiquaires rapidement. Nous demanderons, à la copropriété, l'autorisation de poser un claustra pour cacher le vis a vis avec l'appartement à côté. Malheureusement le "camping sauvage" qui s'organise sur le terrain du voisin a été déjà signalé à maintes reprises en Mairie. Nous subissons tous cette petite gêne visuel... Bien cordialement Sylvie
