Le lieu idéal pour séjourner dans le Marais.

La maison proposĂ©e est vaste, saine, agrĂ©able et trĂšs bien placĂ©e entre campagne et littoral. MĂȘme un jour de pluie n’est pas gĂȘnant tellement on se sent bien.

Maison trĂšs bien situĂ©e pour profiter de la ville de Luçon et des environs variĂ©s (bord de mer, venise verte et mĂȘme lac et forĂȘt). Les propriĂ©taires ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs gentils et trĂšs rĂ©actifs. La communication avec les propriĂ©taires s’est faite aisĂ©ment (que ce soit par mail ou de visu) et d’une façon trĂšs sympathique. Le gĂźte correspond tout Ă  fait Ă  la description et est dĂ©corĂ©e avec goĂ»t. Il est bien conçu, avec une vĂ©randa Ă©quipĂ©e de pare-soleil sur toute la surface, ainsi que d’un jardinet oĂč se trouve une table surmontĂ©e d’un "chapiteau" qui permet d’ĂȘtre Ă  l’ombre ; bref tout est fait pour le confort des locataires. La maison est mitoyenne avec celle des propriĂ©taires mais un grand soin est apportĂ© au respect de la vie privĂ©e de chacun. En effet, une clĂŽture haute et pleine sĂ©pare les deux habitations. L’emplacement est trĂšs calme et nous avons toujours pu nous garer devant la porte, ce qui est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable.
