Come, take a break and relax in our lighted spa hot tub here at your own private, serene countryside cottage, Ideal for families, couples get aways, wedding parties, or travelers who want an escape from the hustle of city life, maybe spend a weekend exploring … downtown Jefferson, the 80 acre market, ETBU, Bear Creek Smokehouse, the vibrant night life of Longview or Marshall or spend the weekend chasing fish or ducks on Lake O' Pines! … We are are just a short drive to them all!

Covered storage areas for two boats, plenty of outdoor outlets to charge trolling motor batteries, well lit and beautiful, safe area with great neighbors !!
