Assigned boat slip, top floor, near all the local restaurants it is perfect! The condo is extremely clean and comfortable. The unit was so quiet which is important to us. We sat out on the balconies and enjoyed our morning coffee and sunsets in the evening. Great stay.

Great location for an Auburn football weekend. Easy 35 minutes return after the game. Unit was clean comfortable and as advertised. Would love to return in warmer months to enjoy amenities of Stillwater’s.

The lake view was very nice. The people in the other condos were very friendly. We enjoyed our meals at the Landing and the Prime Steak House (golf course) which were close to our condo. This was a great golfing trip for a few old guys. Hope we can do it next year!

The condo is in such a convenient location and worked out perfectly for us bringing our boat. The owners were responsive with any issues we had.

Perfect for a Girls Trip

We loved everything. The view, the pool, the cleanliness, the aesthetics, peaceful and serene — all of it was wonderful. This Girls Trip was just what we needed and we will be back!!!!

Sunset Point is well situated on Lake Martin and our condo had a marvelous view that we enjoyed with coffee at the beginning of the day and wine at the conclusion. Highly recommend the location and the property.

Seven Days at Lake Martin

Secluded, peaceful lakefront property. Close to small town restaurants & grocery store. Residents and other guests were very friendly. I will definitely be back!

Game Day Stay

Love the Lake Martin and Still Waters location! We came up for our son’s fraternity parents weekend and the Ole Miss game. It’s nice to be able to experience the fun in town and come back to this peaceful location. Condo was spacious, well stocked and the two balconies are wonderful for enjoying morning coffee! Great neighborhood for a walk or run too!

Weekend Getaway

Very nice place to stay located directly on the water. My only complaint is there were not enough towels in the condo. I would have taken towels if I had known I needed to do so.

Very clean condo. A few more towels and washcloths would be nice , beds very comfortable. Difficult to figure out how to get tv/remote to work. Manual provided for tv would be helpful. Thanksgiving weather was too cold to use pool or access lake- but view beautiful .

Sunset Point Condo

Great location and Condo was in a great location with a great view of the lake. Checkin was easy and the only issue we had was towels were in the washer and not dried and put in bathrooms. Not a big deal. Great place and we would have no issue stay here again.

Nice condo.

This was a nice condo and met our needs for the Easter weekend that we spent with family that live in the community. Basically, we ate all our meals out with our family so can't review the kitchen/cooking situation. However, everything else was fine.
