Condo with Awesome Lake view.

Our little lake place is a condo so it has that condo feel. There are 3 bedrooms (2 Queen beds and a bunk room with a full bed on bottom and a twin on top. There are 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with everything you would need to cook with. There is a bar to sit and eat or you may want to enjoy the outside patio with table and chairs that have a view. The condo offers high speed internet and a workspace with a usbc docking station with dual monitors, keyboard and mouse. The complex has two nice pools. (one is more of a lap pool and the other more of a lounging playing pool. There are restrooms located near the pool. There is a grilling section by the pools, if you would like to show off your grilling skills. Also, for the kiddos there is a playground area. We have a boat slip on the property if you would like to bring a boat or rent one from someone local. The slip is labeled with my condo number Q3. There is a game room located on the third floor of the entrance. There are 2 elevators on the premises. One elevator is near the entrance and the other is closer to our unit. When you arrive and would like to unload you may pull your vehicle close to the condo and unload. You must park up close to the garages. The lower parking lot is for the owners. My condo is in the section facing Lake Martin and the 280 bridge. One awesome thing about renting here is that you are only 2 minutes from highway 280. We hope you enjoy your stay and give us a good rating. If you need anything please let us know and we will try our best to assist you.

A wonderful little trip

We had a great time staying at this condo! Our three kids under four years old had plenty to do with the swimming pool and swing set! Everything was clean and well organized, so it made it easy for us! Thank you!

Summer getaway

We stayed here for a summer lake getaway. LOVED having a boat slip just for us and easy access to boat launch and marina, incredibly convenient for out-of-towners not familiar with the area. Robin and Scott were great hosts with a beautiful condo with plenty of room for our family of 5. Would highly recommend spending a morning on the patio with a cup of coffee and gorgeous view!

Rented pontoon to do tubing with grand kids they had a blast. Swimming in pool or fishing off dock one of boys caught a good size brim.

Days away

This property was very nice and was just as it was listed. There are lots of extras if you forget something at home. One thing that would add to the comfort is a keypad instead of a key. We enjoyed it!

Summer vacation

The condo and location on lake Martin were incredible. It even included a boat slip on the end making docking super easy. The condo had plenty of beds and space for people to spread out. However the space felt too personalized with family photos and the fridge and freezer were full of others food.

The condo was clean and kitchen had all the basics. The mattress was too firm for us. Too many personal pictures of the owners all over the apartment. No view of the lake from the balcony, only the boat slips.

Family get a way

This was a very nice and clean condo. The kitchen had Everything you could possibly need. The balcony has a lovely view of the lake and boat dock. The owner is very prompt responding to any questions via text messages. The check in and out process was very easy. I would recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a relaxing place to enjoy the lake.

Peaceful and Beautiful

This condo and location was perfect! Accommodations were beautiful with everything you need and more and many personal touches. Robin was always quick to answer any questions or needs. It was very clean and comfortable for our family of five. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony, looking at the lake, and watching the boaters. Perfect place to bring your boat and enjoy Lake Jackson. We were there for the weekend to help move our daughter in at Auburn (easy 30 minute drive!) We look forward to visiting again.

Lovely Paradise

We enjoyed our stay on Lake Martin. It was so nice to be on the lake. Sunrises and sunsets were spectacular. The full moon on the water was so gorgeous last evening. The whole property was well kept and pristine. We walked on the lake last night and this morning. The unit was clean and with all amenities. We drove to the Auburn football game on Saturday within 40 minutes and returned afterward to the condo. It is a very convenient location for those traveling to Auburn. Many boaters on the property were enjoying morning and evening excursions. Those looking for a special stay would enjoy this unit.

Wonderful lake condo

This Lake Martin condo was a great choice for us. It was close to the highway, but had a gorgeous lake view. It was a very easy drive into Auburn for Fall Family Weekend. The condo was very clean and inviting! I will definitely stay here again.
