Just a few minutes' walk from the Cordeliers metro station, it is ideally located for exploring Lyon by foot or for a business trip.
Rated 2 stars and an official partner of the Lyon Tourist Office, it can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people.

Respect the residential environment:
Comply with the building's internal regulations.
Avoid any noise that may disturb the neighbors, especially between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Energy savings:
Close the windows, turn off the lights and heating when leaving the apartment.
Keep the apartment in good condition:
When you leave, please empty your trash cans, wash your dishes, and leave the apartment tidy. This is a sign of respect for the cleaning staff who take care of our guests' well-being.
Responsibility in the event of disturbances or breakdowns:
We remind you that we cannot be held responsible for elements or incidents beyond our control. This includes:
Any noise disturbances coming from the building, such as parties organized by neighbors.
Noise outside the apartment related to city life (traffic noise, etc.).
Temporary breakdown of the building's elevator.
