Colette and Bernard welcome you to their old family farmhouse built of local stone, "La Maison d'Amélina," now a gîte. The owners share a common space with the gîte and may have to walk through the garden. You'll enjoy the village of Séneujols, located in the heart of the Devès plateau, in a natural setting near Le Puy-en-Velay, the Way of St. James, the volcanic lake of Bouchet-Saint-Nicolas, and the Loire and Allier river gorges.
To ensure you enjoy your stay, our rates are all-inclusive: sheets, towels, utilities (reasonable consumption expected, maximum 16 kWh/day), and end-of-stay cleaning (the cottage must be returned in a clean and tidy condition: floors vacuumed, tables clean, beds unmade, kitchen and bathrooms cleaned, etc.). Highly appreciated for their privacy, we offer three double bedrooms, each with private bathrooms (shower room, separate toilet).
We have furnished a comfortable living area with armchairs and a sofa, regional brochures, and board games, and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, etc.) with a dining area.
In good weather, you can also enjoy your meals on the terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, or on the shaded grounds with children's playground.
Pets are allowed under certain conditions, upon prior agreement with the owner.
The cottage adjoins the owners' home, with a private terrace, but part of the garden is Shared.
Car parking with electric gate access.
We share our garage for motorcycles and bicycles.
The entrance to the accommodation is on the 1st floor, and everything else is on one level.
