*** There will be an extensive beautification process at this location between 8/4/2025 – 3/16/2026. During this prolonged construction period, there will be construction noise that includes grinding and banging that will produce dust and debris around the property. Construction hours will be between 8am and 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and placed inside the units with the sliding doors secured to prevent opening. Workers will be present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building to complete the work. There will also be intermittent pool closures during the entire construction period. ***

Upon entering this gorgeous condo, you will find a guest bedroom on the left with a twin-size bunk bed with a flatscreen television, ideal for children or additional guests to relax and unwind in their own space. This retreat features tile flooring throughout. The guest bedroom on the right of the entrance includes two queen-size beds with brand new mattresses as well as a large flatscreen television for endless entertainment. The guest bathroom is accessible from the hallway and bedroom and offers a single vanity with a tub/shower combination. A full-size washer and dryer is nestled off the kitchen, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs. In addition to views of the Gulf, the living room features plenty of seating and a new 55-inch Smart TV ready to stream all your favorite apps or enjoy the cable TV. Relax your evening away in the main ensuite which holds a king bed and connects to your own private bath. With a jetted tub and stand up shower, there is no better way to wash the sand of the day away. If you are ready to unwind and relax and dip your toes in some white sand, Azure 321 is the perfect beach getaway.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
