This home includes a full kitchen with beautiful granite countertops, a new full-size stainless steel refrigerator, and all the gadgets and cookware you need to turn out fantastic home-cooked meals. The beautiful dining table will accommodate all your guests and is the perfect place to enjoy dinner parties and family game nights. Azure 321 comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. With new furnishings, all-new décor, fresh paint throughout, and plenty of comfortable balcony furniture to enjoy the stunning view, this can easily become your go-to vacation spot. Upon entering this gorgeous condo, you'll find a guest bedroom on the left with a twin-size bunk bed with a flatscreen television, ideal for children or additional guests to relax and unwind in their own space. This retreat features tile flooring throughout. The guest bedroom to the right of the entrance includes two queen-size beds with brand-new mattresses and a large flat-screen television for endless entertainment. The guest bathroom is accessible from the hallway and bedroom and offers a single vanity with a tub/shower combination. A full-size washer and dryer are tucked off the kitchen, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly and leave plenty of space for souvenirs. In addition to views of the Gulf, the living room features plenty of seating and a new 55-inch Smart TV ready to stream all your favorite apps or enjoy cable TV. Relax your evening away in the main ensuite, which holds a king bed and connects to your own private bath. With a jetted tub and a stand-up shower, there is no better way to wash the day's sand away. If you are ready to unwind, relax, and dip your toes in some white sand, this is the perfect getaway.

Things to Know
*** There will be an extensive beautification process at this location between 8/4/2025 - 3/16/2026. During this prolonged construction period, all building exteriors will be painted. Construction hours will be between 8 am and 5 pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. Workers will be present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building to complete the work. There will also be intermittent pool closures during the entire construction period. Please be patient with our progress. Call with questions or concerns.***

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
