Nouvelle location. Azure - Niveau Penthouse avec vue imprenable sur la plage / le golfe. Ce spacieux condo est composé de 3 chambres / 3 salles de bain avec des caractéristiques haut de gamme comme le granit dans la cuisine et tous les bains, en acier inoxydable et une vue magnifique sur la plage et les piscines. 7 à 8 personnes confortablement. Le complexe dispose de 2 piscines, de 2 bains à remous, d'un centre de remise en forme, d'un garage couvert et d'un accÚs facile à la plage. Emplacement de choix à proximité des restaurants, de la jetée, des boutiques et de nombreuses autres activités amusantes. C'est un lieu de vacances idéal.

Amazing condo! Great views!

The condo was amazing! It was very clean and had great views. My family and I enjoyed our time there and will definitely be back. The secret elevator was a plus as well. I would recommend this condo to anyone that is looking for a great place to stay. I look forward to our next visit!

Superbly furnished condo with all amenities.

Great condo, with owner providing everything thinkable for visit. Details, like binoculars, furnished kitchen, coffee grounds, etc. One of the nicest condos we have stayed in over the years. And the beach and local restaurants (Destin area) were fantastic.

This Condo at Azure did not disappoint!!

From the moment we arrived we were more than impressed. Parking was a breeze and we never had trouble finding a convenient vacant spot. There was minimal to no wait for an elevator. The condo was spacious, and had every amenity you could ever want or need, from toothbrushes and deodorant in every bathroom to a waffle maker, stand up mixer, and Keurig in the fully stocked kitchen. The spacious balcony was perfect to view dolphins swimming in the Gulf. The location was steps away from several restaurants. Communication with the owner was easy. We will definitely return. Highly recommended this condo!!

Outstanding Property

This is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed at Azure. The property was clean and well-stocked as usual. It’s always easy to communicate with the property manager also. We will stay there again next year.

Perfect vacation

This condo has everything you need or could want. Beautiful view from the balcony, pools never super busy, we always found 4 chairs. Amazing seafood across the street at Stewby's Steamer and Market. Owner has excellent communication. Book it, you'll love it!

Wonderful beach weekend!

We really enjoyed our long weekend stay (4 nights) at the Azure. Everything was great from check-in through check-out! Our condo had an amazing view and was extremely comfortable. The place was very clean, and the beds were heaven. The kitchen was well stocked and the owners seemed to anticipate our every need. The washer and dryer were also a welcome touch. I highly recommend this listing and would happily come back.

Perfect Place in FWB!

My family and I just returned from our stay in Fort Walton , to say this is the best condo we have stayed in is an understatement. We have been coming to the panhandle since 1990 and have stayed in many condos. We love this location; it is close to everything. Walking distance to restaurants, and shopping. Not only is it a beautiful condo; it has everything you could possibly need and the owner was so helpful. No need to pack a toothbrush, beach towels, binoculars, boogie boards, sand toys, ice chests and there is even a small booster seat/highchair. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The condo was immaculate and easy easy check in, we are already planning out next stay !

First time using rent-by-owner and very satisfied

The property is accurately reflected in the pictures. Very spacious. Clean. With a lot of extras: multiple binoculars, beach chairs (very useful when beach service closes at 5pm), toys, books, table games, beach towels, fans, etc. etc. Fully equipped kitchen, with a lot of silverware, glassware, pots, etc. etc. Enough sitting arrangements in the dining and family areas. Very quiet room (6th floor, on west end of the building), elevator is just step away. Big balcony fully facing the ocean, with high table and 4 chairs, chaise lounges. Comfortable beds. Owner is very responsive when you have questions (not that we had many! - information he provided before the trip covered all important stuff). I would definitely recommend this property.

Great Condo for three couples

Three bedrooms with thrown full bathrooms. Excellent location, and condo overlooks the beach and ocean for an awesome view. Unit was as advertised and the owner was very easy to reach and very fast in responding. The only drawback was the pool water temperature which was very warm and not enjoyable, but that was nothing the owner could control. Unit gets 5 stars!

Wonderful experience

This condo had everything. All health and beauty products. New smart big tvs in every bedroom. Plenty of nice chairs on the patio. We had two other condos and our condo had the most dishes. Great cookware. Washing powder. Cascade. Spices. Coffee and filters. Top notch everything. Will be back for sure.

Family Vacation!

Azure 616 was a perfect for our family. We had the best time! Beach access was phenomenal and the beach service provided was a definite plus. All the extra amenities were top notch! The condo was clean and a perfect space for 6 adults. The view could not have been better. Rick was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back!!

Azure always delivers

We have stayed at Azure for spring break since 2013. The property is well maintained and consistently clean. Our unit was very well stocked and clean. Other than the master screen door needing work, it was lovely. The beach is well maintained. Our only disappointment was the removal of the three gas grills, which were replaced with two picnic (no lid) park-style charcoal grills. We were told the condo board decided the grills were a consistent problem. With a heavy renter concentration of families and Midwesterners, this decision may backfire. The gas grills were a nice feature. The charcoal replacements were underwhelming. Additionally, we were told that the chair service is changing next year. Every renter will have to individually contract for chairs, which will not be included with units. At $35/day for 2 chairs and an umbrella this will be a sizeable extra expense. As these units are already expensive, I wonder if rental prices will reflect the change.

Very nice

This property exceeded my expectations. He has beach towels, fans for those like me. I have to have one to fall asleep. Extra chairs to take to the beach. Just alot of little things. Forget your toothbrush, you will have one when you arrive.

Great unit, just a few thing we didn’t like. 1. We thought there was to much furniture in the living room, Hard to move around when the wife was in her wheelchair. 2. 2 different toilets broke, but was taken care of when they could get someone to come to fix it! 3. There have been a little more cleaning done, some dirty silverware And cobwebs in some of the corners in the bedroom ceilings! But we had a good time and loved the view!
