The Villa was super cute and cosy, and a great getaway for the holidays. Amazing barbecue and swimming pool! Although I would perhaps reinforce the beds instead of using sofa-beds for a slightly comfier experience. Nonetheless we had a great time and would definitely come back again! Maybe a slight modification for the snooker table also would be nice (the American version was a bit of a surprise). Would definitely recommend this stay.

We had a lovely stay

We had a wonderful stay. The pool was definitely the highlight for all of us - children & adults! We didn’t feel overlooked and it was fenced off when we weren’t using it which was reassuring with young children. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bbq was great. The location was also brilliant, near lovely beaches and only half hour by car from central Barcelona. Conxi met us on arrival despite speaking limited English, which was kind of her. She also posted us back one of my son’s toys which we accidentally left behind. Our only concern was the air conditioning as it was very hot and we couldn’t have all three units on at the same time without the electrics shorting. We had to plan ahead which rooms we’d most need it in and just have two units on. Completely manageable though!

Family holiday with our daughters

We have stayed at this property before in 2017 and had the most wonderful stay. We only had a week's get-away this time and decided to go back to Lemon Tree House. It's a lovely property with the perfect swimming pool. Premià de Dalt is just a small town with very busy traffic. The property is a 20 walk to the beach which is great. And it's a 20 minute drive into Barcelona which is the main draw for us. So you are close enough to the action but able to close the gates and enjoy the pretty garden and wonderful pool. The house is well equipped and the owners have thought of everything you will need. There were one or two issues with the electricity tripping but it didn't really bother us and it was short lived. I mentioned this to the owner and they plan to revisit the electrics. There is air conditioning in the master bedroom and the main living spaces. It would be good to put in the two smaller rooms which only have fans at the point. It really is a great base for the beach and Barcelona. We would recommend it.

Behind the fence lies a lovely little idyll.

We booked the property because of its proximity to Barcelona. We wanted a house with a pool but to be close to the city. The Lemon Tree house was perfect. The house is nicer than the pictures. It's on a fairly busy road, but once you have closed the gate you feel totally private. There is some noise from the street but it didn't matter at all and we were very comfortable in the house. The air conditioning is a welcome relief from the heat and the house is very well equipped with everything you could want. Premier de Mar is a little town with lots of shops, bakeries and a beach. It's quite urban but well served. There are many restaurants and cafes within a five minute walk of the property. Barcelona is a fantastic city and we loved travelling in during the day and returning to our lovely pool, or spending the day out of the heat and swimming and then going into the city for dinner. A car is invaluable but there is a train to Barcelona. Parking is just down the street and it gets busy but we could usually find somewhere. We enjoyed our holiday very much. Thank you to Conxi and Xavier. They were always very quick to answer any questions and very helpful with everything.

Super maison avec tout le confort comme à la maison

Conxi et Xavier sont des personnes très accueillantes et très chaleureuses ! C est un produit rare aujourd'hui de trouver une maison avec le linge de piscine, de toilette et le linge de lit à disposition ainsi qu une cuisine entièrement équipée avec du matériel de qualité, le plus au niveau sécurité avec une alarme, une très belle piscine bien sécurisé pour les enfants, en bref parfait !

Erinnerungen an einige schöne Tage in Katalonien

Wir haben einige wunderschöne Urlaubstage in dieser Villa verbracht: Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und bietet die Alternative das Meer zu geniessen und die Stadtmetropole Barcelona, in ca 25km Entfernung, per Auto oder Bahn als Besuchsobjekt intensiv zu besichtigen. Die Ausstatung bzw. der allgemeine Konfort der Villa entspricht einem geflegten Aussehen und somit ist Sauberheit ein positiver Punkt für Familien mit Kindern. Der Pool in der Gartenanlage der Villa bietet Badefreuden ohne Grenzen. Die Vermieter sind sehr angenehm und bemühen sich im Vorspann um das Wohlbefinden der Gáste.

My lemon tree experience !!

We are a Spanish family and since 2012 we live in the Netherlands. Last Christmas holidays we decided to spend our time in the warm Mediterranean winter. We missed the sun and we find out a perfect place to be on holidays. Premia de Dalt is a very quiet village with all the beauty of a small locality, but with a very nice position in the map, to easily go to Barcelona and even to the Costa Brava in the northern part of Catalonia. The house, the lemon tree, was a perfect place to cope with our expectations. The name intrigued us and once we were there we discover that we could pick up lemons from a nice lemon tree, something that our son really enjoyed because he never had experienced it before. The house is very comfortable with all the facilities we were looking for, and very well maintained. The attention of the landlords was very helpful and they gave us few advices like a good place to have lunch, a good bakery to have fresh breakfast and few not tourist places to visit. I highly recommend the place and probably next time, we will go on summer to also enjoy the private swimming pool. Thanks a lot to Conxi and Xavi and we keep on contact.

Superbe séjour au Lemon Tree

Je tiens à remercier notre hôte, Sra Conxi Grau, pour son accueil sympathique et chaleureux lors de notre séjour au Lemon Tree en septembre 2015.Elle nous a fait découvrir avec gentillesse sa maison qui et un véritable havre de paix, une villa accueillante aux chambres lumineuses, une salle de séjour confortable et une cuisine tout confort. Ce petit bijou est entouré d'un jardin luxuriant et très agréable avec piscine qui a fait le bonheur des enfants. Cet endroit idyllique est situé à deux pas des plages et au pied des collines boisées idéales pour les randonnées. Que demander de plus!? C'est sûr, nous y retournerons!
