Welcome to Buttes 509, a comfortable ski-in/ski-out condo just steps from the slopes. Start your day by skiing right from the building and return to relax by the fireplace, soak in the community hot tub, or enjoy mountain views from your private balcony.

Enjoy the skiers from the large windows in the living room as you rest after a long day of activities. There is a balcony in which to enjoy the views, a fireplace, and a well stocked kitchen.

Upon entry there is a nice mudroom with bench, ski rack, and plenty of room for all your gear. This main level includes full kitchen with all the equipment, a living room with full sleeper sofa, a balcony with great views, dining area with seating for 6, and a 3/4 bath. Upstairs, is the master bedroom with a new king bed and another room with 2 twins. These 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom and there is an additional 3/4 bath downstairs

There is a balcony in which to enjoy the views, a fireplace, and a well stocked kitchen. A community hot tub and grill is also available.

Maybe skiing isn't your thing or you want to pamper yourself a bit. Well, mere steps from the condo is the Elevation Spa, which features a day pass for $25 or $50 for the week and includes a hot tub, indoor pool, fitness center, and 3 tranquility rooms

We are located close to the shops, restaurants, and the free town shuttle. There is 1 parking pass for the parking lot out front. If you need additional parking, you may find a space at the Lodge at Mountaineer Square

Please note: The condo is located on the back side of the building and is accessed from the parking area by two outdoor staircases. There is no elevator access.
