Located in the heart of Deauville, a stone's throw from Place Morny and close to the beach, this pretty flat is the ideal place for your Normandy getaway. You can enjoy a quiet stay in this modern and well decorated place bathed in light thanks to its southern exposure.
The 50 m² flat is located on the 1st floor of a house. It can accommodate up to 6 travellers, and is composed of a large living room with sofa bed, an open and fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room, separate toilet.
Sheets and towels included. Free Wifi.
Possibility to rent the ground floor flat and to privatise the house for 10 people.
The accommodation is as follows:
- Bright living room area thanks to its large openings, equipped with 2 sofas (1 sofa bed), coffee tables, lamp, flat screen TV
- Dining area with a large wooden table and 4 chairs, decorative fireplace, shelves
- Open plan modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge, washing machine, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, hotplates, crockery and cutlery. Washing machine.
- Bedroom 1 with queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm)
- Bedroom 2 with queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm)
- Modern bathroom with shower

This beautiful and modern flat is located in the heart of Deauville's hyper centre, just a few steps from Place Morny and close to the Planches de Deauville.
You will be within walking distance of all the shops;
- Bakery, pharmacy, mini-market, tea room, newspaper shop within 5 minutes walk.
- Local market every day in Deauville and on Wednesdays/Sundays in Trouville.

- Deauville beach at 1.1 km (13 minutes walk)
- Deauville racecourse at 1.9 km (5 minutes drive)
- Barrière Casino at 750 m (9 minutes on foot)
- Golf Barrière Casino at 3.7 km
