Turn off the lights and return the keys
Dear guests, before leaving my place, please hang all keys provided to you at check-in on the key hanger next to the entrance door of the apartment. Then simply close that door from outside. Thank you
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests that are not registered (full names, birth date, passport ID, nationality) are NOT allowed (as they are not covered by the insurance).
Lost keys = replacement fee 50 BGN No noise should be audible outside the apartment between 10pm - 8am.
Please have in mind that guests agree to pay damages when they cause such. Do not rearrange the furniture and do respect our amenities. Many thanks!

Nice home away from home

Hi everybody. Me my wife, 2 kids and a small dog had a fabulous 60+ days stay. I booked this apartment about 6 months before out accrual Vac because I was afraid we may not find a pet friendly apartment in this area at this price:) As far as the stay- everything was GREAT. Even though there was a small issue with the booking proses - the owner went above and beyond in assisting getting everything straight for me. The accrual place was as described - clean and open for guests. The appartment is situated very close to public transport and a taxi stop. Shops and small restaurants/ coffee shops and only a few steps away. If you have your own transport- parking may be a bit of a challenge but if you can drive around for a couple minutes you could find street parking. I actually managed to rent a underground garage in the next door building. Overall- great place I highly recommend it!!!!!!!

Great experience again

We used this property last year and this year was an easy decision to stay there again for about 2 months . I must say that the owner did a great job and added 2 more air conditioners in the 2 bedrooms. This made sleeping so much more comfortable. Thank you to the owners. Once again this is a highly recommended place to stay
