Oceanfront Condo, sleeps 4, balcony, gorgeous 33 acre-resort!

Although this says "studio", you won't feel like your in a studio! Our modern, updated and cozy condo has it all! We have a queen bed off to the side and overlooking the oceanfront with a huge window, "L" shaped configuration... and then the pull out futon is a full size. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen has everything you need for a week at the beach.. microwave, range with glass ceramic cook top, large sink with modern fixtures, Ninja coffee bar with a frother, soapstone countertops throughout the unit, and our new refrigerator even sports a hide away door for "quick chill" of any beverages! The A/C heat unit is also new, and the smart TV with a cable package and wireless unlimited internet.... all included! The door has a wireless keypad lock, so need to worry about keys! The balcony is super peaceful and over looks the pool directly below and the beachfront off in front (you will fall in love with the view!). We just had the bath tub re-glazed over and it looks amazing... but the bath is small, and there is nothing we can do with that. However, you are coming here to be ocean front at a great resort! And that is no doubt what you will get here at The Myrtle Beach Resort! As an owner, I can rent for a lower cost than the resorts paid sales staff. My prices include all fees and taxes.... plus we have a special rate set up for repeat renters.
This resort is super clean and our staff spends alot of time and money keeping it up to date. My condo is on the 10th floor of the 22 story Renaissance Tower. we have 3 elevators operating at all times. I like being up high enough to avoid noise from the beach bar/restaurant.... yet low enough to make access quick and easy!
