First Floor Ocean Front 1 Bedroom

Recently renovated 1 Bedroom overlooking ocean on the first floor ~ kitchen has breakfast bar and full size appliances ~ Master bedroom has a King bed and a barn door closing the room off from the hallway (front door does not open into the bed like many Myrtle Beach condo's) Den has and sleeper sofa with wonderfully comfortable mattress. Unit sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children comfortably ~ steps to ocean, indoor/outdoor pools/sauna/tennis courts/pickleball courts and The Quarter Deck Ocean Front Restaurant. Gated entry and 24 hour Security and Maintenance. On site coin laundry. 1st Floor unit, no waiting for elevators. For long term rentals, please inquire. Shorter term rentals can also be accommodated. For weekly rentals, Saturday to Saturday is preferred, but will certainly be flexible when possible. The Resort has added a $5 per day parking fee that will charged by the Resort when you first arrive.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Fabulous stay

Property is exactly as described. The property owner was very communicative and the day of I received at least 6 texts from him with instructions. The pictures don't due the place justice. The beaches were crowded but easy to access the water and to find a place to set up the umbrella and chairs. The resort is gated which is nice and the pools are a plus. When in Myrtle Beach again, we will definitely plan a stay here!

Fabulous condo

We really enjoyed our stay. Location is great. Beach right there is really nice. The condo was fabulous. Lovely and beachy. Great bed, kitchen well-stocked and great lay out, bedroom had hangers and a safe which was fantastic! We needed nothing as all was there. Very clean. Great balcony and view. Have trollies to help with luggage. Easy in and out of the unit. Highly recommend.

Amazing

My wife and I have stayed at MBR for over 20 years. This unit was amazing, my wife has always went in a unit and cleaned it to meet her standards. This until she didn’t have to do anything. Owners were excellent to work with and went above and beyond with everything. Great touch with the welcome bag.
