Why they chose this property
Near hiking and biking trails, CSU’s west campuses, 3 miles from downtown, and 3 miles from the center of CSU’s main campus.
An eclectic working-class neighborhood of retirees, artists, immigrant families, etc. Density on some of the lots is high due to multiple families living there, and most of the houses are modular.
Guests seem to enjoy the genuineness of the area. Although low income, the neighborhood feels safe, and the nights are quiet.
Furry family members are invited (small pet fee).

What makes this property unique
Close to some great Fort Collins attractions: Lory State Park, city bike trails, Horsetooth Reservoir, downtown Fort Collins.
